（１）Choose one of the lists you want to add from the options below, and click the “copy” button. If “copied” appears, the copy was successful. Note that the “copied” message may appear for only a short time.
（２）Return to the app and select ‘Allow Paste’ on the pop-up screen. If the pop-up screen does not appear, tap ‘Paste from Clipboard.’ A list will be added to the end of the top menu.
